Well didn't make my goal but I let life get into the way this month and haven't been great at all but still ended up losing. Ending weight for April 258.0

My April has been rough so far. Was injured, then sick, then had gout. I missed running for 2.5 weeks and missed some lifting too. Had a good workout today and yesterday. I'm feeling good now so I will hopefully be back into things shortly.
Was rough but I made the goal of 2-lbs lost. Didn't get up to 60-min runs but did get up to 35-min runs after being injured/sick and ran a 29:20 5k (9:24 min/mile pace). Weights I went down. I have missed a lot of sessions, last two weeks was very busy. Will get after it next month.

My update:
Did not reach my weight goal for this month.
I did cardio 16/30 times this month
I did strength training only 4/30 times this month
I took adequate protein 17/30 times this month
I took care of my skin 3/30 times this month
I lost half an inch from my hips (desired was 1.5)

I did not reach my weight goal, boo! But, it was my first month on OMAD, so I didn't know what to expect! I got 7 of the 14lbs. I'll take it! I did however eat all my leafy greens with every meal!1

Well it looks like a Star for weight, I barely made at 209.8 this morning. But put me down for an Angry Bird for inches, I lost .5 of an inch, down to 18.50
