You melt the cheese and cream cheese in the microwave, add the egg and almond flour, stir, pour onto a baking sheet covered in parchment paper, cover with more parchment paper, roll out with rolling pin or hands, remove top sheet of paper, bake at 425 for 6-8 minutes, poke any bubbles with a fork, add toppings, bake for another 6-8 minutes. It's delicious and very much like "real" thin crust pizza.
Haven't made this in a while. Thanks for the reminder! It's in the oven now with 5 Italian shredded cheeses, baby spinach, pepperoni, and crushed red pepper as toppings. It looks and smells delicious!

@AshStout83 - FYI, just watching Dr. Bernstein's latest teleseminar (from earlier tonight), where he again gives reasons why an A1c reading can be significantly higher than average glucose recorded by a glucometer in good working order. (Thus, he prefers frequent glucose testing over occasional A1c tests.)
PS Where do I send the cash? Can I get a bulk discount for 20 years of good numbers ?

Thanks for the info on the A1C test. I accept bills up to $50 and I live in Indy.1

I'm going to try this tonight I think. Friday night is pizza night in my house (usually little ceasars which I top off with more stuff - not low carb). I think I will give this a try (I'm not a strict low carber but am eating more and more that way as time goes by)1 -
Try the chicken crust pizza too. We loved the Fathead pizza but we like chicken crust one even more.0
