A realistic goal for me is to lose 5 pounds in May. I'd be happy with that.
    Well this is the story of May for me;
    May 1st 219.5
    May 16th 225.5
    May 31st 218

I missed my goal having lost only 1.5 pounds for the month.
I knew 5 pounds was aggressive because on May 1st I was on the 9th day of a water fast, so my weight was bound to rise over the next couple weeks.
So I'm totally fine with this having come down 7.5 pounds just since the 16th.

    May goals results!
    Starting weight on 1st May: 92.4 kg/ 203.8 lbs
    Weight on 31st May: 87.3 kg/192.06 lbs
Weight loss achieved in May: 5.1 kg/11.22 lbs
GOAL ACCOMPLISHED! I am so glad I made it. Just managed to touch my weight loss goal

Update: I lost additional 300gms today after I went to the loo  in the morning. So a total of 5.4 kg lost in May.

My goal for May was to lose 20lbs. I'm on track to make half of it, but weigh in is Friday. Here's to a better June!

May was rough for me and I don't think I met any goals. I got sidetracked with lifting and haven't done that for awhile. I had tooth surgery and stopped running and have just started back but am doing well since I hiked a lot with weights on during that period. I stayed the same weight at 210. I think I've been 210 for 3 months now (I've gone up or down by 2-lbs but am the same now). Actually I was 210 at the start of March, went up to 212, then down to 208 and now back up to 210.

It really is harder to lose weight when exercising a bunch. I will hopefully lose a couple of lbs in June. It gets harder to do OMAD when you get away from it for awhile. I think it's easier to do 16:8 every day, or 20:4 about every day than it is to mix it all up and eat 3-meals some days and OMAD others.

It is hot here now and so I'm running in the mornings which will make it harder to fast. I will give it a go though.

    Here is May for me:
    May 1- 209.8
    May 9- 210.2
    May 15- 212
    May 22- 211.6
    May 31- 208.4

I did lose another 1/2" off my waist, down to 38"
Strength training 3x a week is a go, but I did not do cardio 2x a week as planned.
I did not end up squatting my bodyweight, knee problems...
I did better logging initially but then slacked off.
    Thanks for the motivation team!!

We are at about the identical same place. This morning I'm at 209 and my waist is 38" also. I'm 6' 1/2". How tall are you again? Have fun at Disney!

Ended up surpassing May goal by quite a bit. I lost 14.6 pounds. Very proud of myself. I know the big losses are because I am still technically obese, I'll be on the high side of overweight soon, but better than low side of obese, for me anyway. Lol
