97 - within an hour of a mamey fruit smoothie - so pleased with my blood glucose after going off glimeperide so far! I ate a 46 carb meal today and was under 100 within an hour and a half! Fingers crossed it stays this good.1

@ConleighS how is your vision doing? When the hospital dropped my glucose from 270 something to normal ranges I couldn't even read for two weeks because of the blurriness caused by the swings! Golly I don't think I could handle what you're going through.0

Whew, those are some swings. How are you feeling?
If you're going to eat carbs, maybe the real riddle is how to match your insulin to your intake in order to prevent the spikes.
(No personal experience, though I gather it can be rather tricky to refine your individual routine.)0 -
