    Bit of a non eventful week due to a lack of logging and no weight training, though managed to continue with the C25K. Hopefully back to the weights tonight.

    HW: 183lbs
    SW May: 179.4lbs
    Ultimate goal: Around 160lbs
    May goal: 174lbs (slow and steady, and am building muscle) - Revision 10th May: Aim for sub 174lbs.
    Body fat goal for May: Drop sub 29% - Revised goal 10th May: Sub 28.5%

    26th April: 179.4lbs - Body fat: 29.6%
    3rd May: 178lbs - Body fat: 29.3%
    10th May: 176.6lbs - Body fat: 28.9% - May goal met! B)
    17th May: 175.4lbs - Body fat: 28.6%
    24th May: 175.2lbs - Body fat: 28.5%

    Ultimate goal weight: 60kg (although considering reviewing this down to 58kg)

    Back to where I was 2 weeks ago, been a tough week as my weight continued up for no obvious reason to 62.4 and has now dropped again but mostly over the past couple of days. Made my original goal for the month though so can't be too disappointed.

    So I'm not sure what happened...I think I might have had what people around here call a "whoosh". I've been pretty much been doing the same thing. I'm going to try and stay super consistent with my logging as I'll have to be wearing a bathing suit on vacation in two weeks.

    5' 3" - 56 years old. Would like to get my hourglass back permanently and figure out what my daily calories need to be for lifetime maintenance. Currently keeping -500 daily. Right now it looks like the number will be around 1200 cal, so getting all the recommended nutrients will be part of the hat trick.

    27 May: 132 hourglass is back, still working on love handles and thigh touch, but overall looking good!!!

    Success/struggles of the week: Uptick this week is the exact flip side of the precipitous loss I had at the end of April. Hormones, sodium intake, exercise intensity = water retention. Down 4.6 pounds by trend for the month, which is maybe still more than I've earned by actual deficit.

    Success/ Struggles: GGGGGGOOOOOOOAAALLLLLLL!!!!!! So that was it! I saw my ultimate goal weight this AM on the scale. WhoooooooWheeeeee!!!!! A few things. I never count a scale weight as legit until I have maintained for at least two weeks. With the numbers bouncing around as they do, I never want to believe the high or the low but the trend. But WhooooWheeee that feels good to see. Couple this with the fact that I am going on my bikini vacation in two days, I fully expect to be back June 7th losing the same 5 lbs I had to lose this May. But who knows??? See you next week ladies!!!

    @mrssunshine78, you will get there! PMS is awful for bloating, and it makes me personally eat more for a few days too. It's rarely a good week for me.

    I know it looks a bit weird to be back to where I started the month but that's what I wanted. I weigh the same, but I've dropped 0.5% body fat and increased my muscle mass by 1% in the last two weeks alone. :smile:

    That's a very good result. Mind me asking what your current body fat % is, given you are the same height as me?

    21.8% -- I hold all my extra body fat on my stomach [genetics] so I want to lose a little bit more for my heart health. It's fine now, but it could be better.
