I finished C25k on Good Friday. Ran my first race this morning. My time was 36:31.

I'm 9 months post abdominal total hysterectomy. If I can do this, so can you! Keep running!

Fab well done. I am 6 months post laparoscopic hysterectomy and was a little concerned about starting C25K but decided today to start tomorrow. Did you have any problems while doing it? Thanks

No, I didn't have any problems. I walked during January and started c25k in February. I took it slow and that worked for me.
