I'm closing in on the end of Day 1. All in all, I feel good. Never felt starving. I felt a little low energy with a mild headache midday, but I upped my salt intake and felt better. I'm under 20 carbs. I don't feel hungry since dinner, so I may not eat again. Any feedback on my entries for today would be appreciated!

Drink pickle juice or use some extra salt! It will help the first few days if you start feeling poorly and getting headaches.0 -

Thanks everyone! Day two was also good. I had markedly more energy and supplmented with some broth and pickle juice for sodium. Macros on target, but only had around 1300-1400 calories. Just didnt feel hungry. Hardly had any veggies yesterday. Probably should work on that today.0
