    I'm curious as to what your BMR is at 511 or even 600lbs? It is probably pretty high so it makes sense that you could lose and eat between 1500 to 3000 cals/day.

    Yes I am a very happy to know that omad is working for me! Thanks for the amazing positive feedback! Your comments help keep me going. My height is around 5'6 to 5'7 feet tall. I carry most of my weight in my mid section stomach area. My BMR is 3863.33 and my BMI is 82.47. Wow my BMI is crazy high. :P At my heaviest it was 96.83! Holy cow! Having a BMI of nearly 100 is really close to death's door! Now I am super super glad I decided to change my life with omad.

    You can eat about 3000cal /day and still lose 2-lbs/week! OMAD is great cause a 3000 cal meal can be pretty satisfying (as long as it isn't fast food or something which it adds up real quick). Congrats, keep it up!

    Had a world of trouble trying to weigh myself and take my pic of it at the same time lol. For the first 60 days i'm down 103 pounds! I'm officially out of the 500's!
