On day 11 did 60 x 2. Also did 13 squats, lunges and pushups.

Missed a couple of days.
Day 11 - 60 seconds - done
I'm really having a difficult time and trying to determine why. I think it's my toes/feet because of tennis. It really hurts and sometimes it takes a second time to hold for 60. I guess that's good...getting more than one done.

60 second downward facing dog followed by 60 second plank followed by 60 second downward facing dog...TWICE!!!

Day 12. 90 seconds x 3. Kathy I was breaking it up to. Or technically changing position. The challenge is really about trying to improve over this me. For many this challenge is not realistic. A lot of improvement in a minimal amount of time. If you stick with doing the minute every day you will discover they get easier. But if you keep adding to it you could get discouraged and quit over time. Listen to your feet and breaking up the time is smart. Try different shoes also.
Chris downward dog is fun. And serious work. Great job!
Well today became busy. Made water for two quarantine tanks. That little red male dragonet is arriving in the morning. Had to get the tank just right. So I did not have time to do any other workout!
