Summer is such a busy time, with vacations and yard and garden work. Don't forget to take time to pamper yourself.

    Glad your garage sale was a success...and now time to relax. Have a wonderful day. Will be heading out in a few minutes with my mutt, Ernestine.

    - 15 days over 10,000 steps
    - water, water, water
    - refinish dresser and cupboard.
    - paint new cupboard
    - get my craft room back together

    I think it important to not only set goals for our exercise, but also for our projects. My refinishing projects have been waiting way to long and it is time to get them done.

    Goal for this month...get pictures up and and empty a few more boxes. Find the remote for the small Dyson Fan...can't get it to oscillate without it.

    Very hot out yesterday so I stayed inside, laundry, cleaning out files and shelves in my home office. Lots of trips up and down stairs. My cold is not getting any better! Grandkids coming this morning, Aiden has one more day of antibiotics and nebulizer. Not sure were everyone picked up this virus!

    Off to refill coffee cup and get ready for the day.

    Found the remote...came upon it just by accident...of course! My packing sucked! Started out great...and then it was like "just get it in a box ...then it was just get it over to the new place..." What a mess!

    Lilymay you are so right about setting goals for our exercise as well as other areas of our lives. I used to do that but now I just seem to have problems focusing on much of anything worthwhile :) I keep telling myself no more FitBit Challenges and then along comes on and I reason I will just use it to keep moving . . . I am way too competitive and I guess I have a little FOMO. So one of my exercise goals for the next 30 days or so is No FitBit Challenges, just keeping up my step and active minute goals :#

    I have picked up a summer cold. My grandson had a bad sore throat and chest cold. Only thing is, mine isn't not bad enough to go to the doctor. Being outside in the heat is a killer, so i am jyst not quite functioning up to par.

    AND....... have I accomplished any of my three projects listed above! No! But the old greenhouse has been demolished, the area cleaned up. I went to the grandkids swimming lessons a couple days. Doctors appointments. Mowing the lawn (yard) every 4 to 5 days. Weeding gardens , yes gardens! I have a small garden at my yard, but DH needed more potatoes, so more down at our farmyard! Oh yeah, there is grass to cut there too! And trying to get my collection of perennials under control. Oh well, I am keeping busy and keeping food under control, and most definitely drinking my water!
