    Hi Everyone! Stupid question I believe :smiley: When are we supposed to report the month's results? On the last day of the month or on the first day of the next month?

    Well, technically I didn't meet my July goal but came very close it.

    HIIT on 4 days a week
    Water intake could have been more but I am still working on it.

    Great job, peeps! I accomplished my goal of axing 3-4 pounds so I'm happy. :)

    I know! I'm falling behind! I'll catch up though ;););) I tend to lose a bunch at once lol

    Sorry, just getting to this now. I'm at 176.5. I'm not leaving you guys in the dust, you'll be there soon. I tend to stall out halfway into a new "10" anyway. Maybe not stall out, but not lose as fast. :-)
