Hello, I am new to this group and to the concept of OMAD. So far, I feel relieved to see something that is finally working. I find it very manageable. I am wondering if there is anyone here who would like to share how they are maintaining their weight loss or sugar numbers? How often do you practice OMAD? I plan on doing it daily until I reach my goal, but then perhaps, try maintaining with a 16:8.

Lot's of good info and motivation, her OMAD journal is in the threads as well for reference.

I've had luck with maintenance by going 16:8 and making the lunch meal a very low carb meal. I can maintain doing that and still eat pretty much ad libitum for my evening meals. If I eat SAD for break and lunch and dinner, I will start gaining weight again. 16:8 is a piece of cake, especially after doing a 21:3 for a long time. Good luck. I do exercise also and I think that helps me to maintain. When I want to lose I need to do a 21:3 most days of the week (I usually always have one day off and that is usually a 16:8 unless I'm doing some hard exertion then I may eat in the mornings also). Good luck.1
