I have a pair of capris that I bought when I was at my lowest weight. I wore them a lot for 2 summers so it's not like they we're a one-time-wonder, and I really want to fit into them again! Then I'll know I'm back to where I should be. I was really fit and healthy at that weight and I'd like to be there again!2

Ok, so this is a little shameful after seeing @arielxo post about 10k in under 50 minutes.... BUT i would love to be able to run/jog a mile in under 10 minutes. I just jogged my first timed mile since high school (I'm 22 now), and it took me just under 12 minutes. I've never been fast, but I'd like to get closer to my high school best of 8.5 minutes/mile.
You have to shape your goal to your current abilities. I'm older, had an injury, gained weight, and have a neurological issue that may or may be contributing. I used to be a reasonably fast runner but now I'm not sure I can run at all.0
