    I started this journey 1/1/14. This year I've relaxed my focus. I had lost about 140 pounds. Since 1/1/17 I've gained back some 12-15 pounds. Major reason has been a change in employment. I quit my job last fall and started my own company working from home. So I have been focused on that and working out new patterns for each day. My logging has been erratic. And I've reverted to some stress eating. So time to get going again. I was around 60 pounds away from my goal. So now I'm just 75 pounds away. Heck I've already lost over 125 net. I've got this! !
