@AB0215 Quick question... was murdog3t removed from TBBT? She posted her weigh in today. Is there any chance she can be added back? I forgot to copy her weight over when she didn't submit one due to pain and other stuff going on, so I take the blame for her being removed.0

@AB0215 I find that I need to step down as team captain after the challenge ends next week. I just can't keep up with everything. I am newly diagnosed with MS, my dad just had a massive heart attack this week and I need to help take care of him for a while (he is ok )and my job has insane hours. I just need a break. I sent a message to Lori to give her a heads up and also asked if anyone on the team wanted to captain or co-captain. Thanks for all you do!!1

@AmyG1982 I know how you feel, its taken me a while to get myself back on track, I just mentally didn't want to, but the truth is, habits just take time, and mental energy at first but eventually they get easier and I found that I needed a challenge to keep me on track and I chose 75 Hard and its hard but also its making me feel better each day I make it through, so maybe that's what you need, even maybe a team challenge withing your team, maybe similar to what I'm doing that can help build better habits and build momentum? maybe....0 -

I'm sorry the results are delayed. I just lost my mom this week and, I'm going to get the results for the end of the month and as soon as I can. I'm just trying to keep my head above water right now.
If it's possible, could everyone make sure that all the weights for the month are in by Sunday night, I'm going to try to get it all done Sunday night or Monday morning, after the service3 -
