    Sounds like you were going into this weekend with your eyes wide open - good for you tracking the whole time and enjoy breakfast. Progress not perfection, right?

    @MiniMatcha I see now why you have your sweet tooth on your mind LOL - clearly you work out a lot harder when you indulge.

    Hearts & Molly - Woot! What a great idea. I think I will join you on this front. I need to put two boxes and one bag away into my storage (this is harder than it sounds as there is very little room in my storage!) and I will do that de-cluttering with you two today.

    Hello Everyone- sorry I have been MIA all week. I don't see that changing for the coming week but I will be watching. Hearts, Molly and Julie so glad to see you so active this week with all of the new additions. Also great to see so many minigoalers working on great goals.

    So far this week, I only got my step goal one time. Disappointing but I will keep at it.

    Goals week of 7/30/17:
    1) Five blue dot days on WW - 5/5
    2) 6000 step goal - 3/4
    3) 10 min housework 3 days - 1/3 (de-clutter)
    4) Minimum of ONE veggie a day - 5/7 (M -- No veggies = W)

    August WW Meeting (every Monday)
    Attendance 0/4
    WW Weight Loss Summary as of 7/30/17
    Total lost 14.4 lbs
    Avg weekly loss 0.5 lbs

    Mini Goal Challenge Week of July 31 to Aug 6th


    Weekly Goals


    End of week Check in:
    1. Workout 3 times this week 3/3
    2. Bed by 10pm 3/4
    3. Water intake - 24 oz. x 5 daily - 7/7

    I feel pretty good about my week in all. Was doing great on the in bed by 10pm until I posted it as a goal. :laugh:

    Water intake has been good but I want it great like it used to be so I'll keep that as a goal :wink:
    Workout goal last week met and I feel proud about that!!

    My kitty's quite ill :'( and I'm quite worried about her so been having far less time to be away. Hoping to get in some time F-Sun at the pool if possible as I miss it terribly! :cry:
