We've lost our alliteration for the month, but since we're going to rock the yoga challenge, I figured this title was okay. Really, I'm just glad I'm not posting in the wrong month for 3 days before figuring it out lol

I've lost just under 18 lbs so far, Mihani. I'm hoping to get to 20 lbs lost by the end of this week. Not bad really considering that my ETL reboot looks nothing like the 'real' ETL reboot.

The Kung POW! lentils I made yesterday turned out okay, but the veggies got overcooked for my taste so it wasn't amazing like it can be. Also, subbing 2 medjool dates for the hoisen sauce and other sweetener did impact the flavor. Great recipe, bad execution. I think I'll give the dates in there another try and will just make sure the veggies are a more crisp.

I'm starting another fiber class this week, and I just started an urban sketching class, too. I'd forgotten about the fiber one. And I think I'm going to cave and start doing some needle felting. That part at least makes sense because it is fiber related and I want to be able to add felted items to my yarns, weaving, etc.

Great thread title Carla, thanks for starting it! After a few years it is getting pretty hard to come up with new alliterative titles anyway. I am looking forward to tonight's yoga.

And WOW, awesome loss. So proud of you!!! I don't think I've done nearly that well, but I did lose 11 doing E2 before the 6 week plan started so I didn't have that big drop the first week or two that I normally would have seen.

I think you may need an intervention if you keep taking on more and more artistic endeavors lol.

B - smoothie with lots of greens, 1/2 oat milk 1/2 water, some frozen blueberries
L - hummus fajita/wrap leftovers from last night, a few baked tortilla chips
    D - probably more leftovers

I also ate something REALLY off plan today. Felt something a bit crunchy when I took a bite of my wrap, assumed it was a piece of one of the baked tortilla chips that got stuck on the wrap, then realized my temp filling was gone. I had scheduled for next week to get the permanent filling but called and got it moved up to tomorrow afternoon. So gross though. Like the time I accidentally swallowed a bug that flew into my mouth when I was out on my bicycle... you know it won't kill you but would really have preferred not to eat it. :s

And while I know this isn't appropriate, I still think it's funny...

Mihani, I haven't looked lately, but I'm almost sure that fillings are off-plan. At least wait until the end of the 6 weeks! It will be nice to get it over with all the faster. I've eaten a filling or too as well! Cute cartoon.

The lower back yoga had my hip on one side was hurting when I went to bed. That hip was injured when I overdid a stretch a long time ago doing yoga and I have to be really careful. It is great to have free classes to do so I appreciate the taste of what they offer, but I am finding our teacher's instructions to be lacking. Like she's just saying the words quickly, from memorization, without purposefully doing each thing as she says it to help you get in the right position. I might see if they have any other free classes with another instructor before I pay to join their site.

My new yoga mat feels like heaven! So cushy and soft. It is a nice size, good and thick, and comes with an easy to attach/detach handle.

I have been eating tahini like a fiend. We went through a 2 lb jar in I don't know how long, but definitely within the 5 weeks that we've been doing the reboot. (I looked it up on Amazon, Delivered July 11!) I was planning to order raw tahini the next time around, but it is twice the price as the unroasted kind and both are organic. One more round of roasted, then maybe I'll switch it up. Have to leave some room for improvement ;)

I enjoyed this walnut sauce dressing for a switch from all of my tahini-based ones. I used 2 cloves, and maybe it was just that my garlic was very potent, but 2 raw cloves was very 'hot' Other than that, yum!

    OMG WALNUT SAUCE

    1 cup walnuts
    2-4 garlic cloves
1 T tamari sauce (or braggs, whatever)
¼-1/2 c water, for desired consistency

Combine the walnuts, garlic and tamari in a blender and blend, adding water until the desired texture is reached, (1/4-1/2 cup); use more water for a thinner dressing, less water for a thicker dip, (this is an amazing stage; the mixture suddenly turns white and creamy).

Speaking of walnuts, I think I mentioned I was going to try making some walnut milk for a change from the usual almond milk. It turned out good. I don't notice any difference in my smoothie, but if I take a sip, I can definitely tell that it's made from walnuts.

Glad to hear your walnut milk experiment turned out well. Interesting never thought about using other nuts. I know you see cashew and almond in the stores. Wonder what other nuts work for milk. I want to try making my own oat milk. I am really hooked on it. Very naturally sweet and tasty. When you make your own nut milk are the nuts usable for anything after they've been "milked"? The dressing sounds awesome.

And yay for comfy yoga mats! Hope your hip feels better.

I follow Dreena Burton on facebook and she posted something about her yoga practice. She said if people were interested she would share some of the youtube videos and such she uses. She doesn't do formal classes or anything. I'll keep an eye out for her to share those.

B - an orgain ready to go shake... way overslept and grabbed one on the way out the door... not 6 week plan compliant, but sometimes a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do
    L - subway veggie salad
D - going to be a big ol' salad with lots of chopped veggies and I think a lemon tahini dressing. Carla you've got me craving tahini lol.

Goals this month (forgot I like to post my goals the first of the month) ... yoga every day. Stick with the 6 week plan with a few "cheats" of extra grains. Give up the once a week indulgence in alcohol. I can do that for a month!

Got my permanent filling today yay! The root canal drama is all done now. Then the dentist said now you know we still need to work on the two fillings on the right side of your mouth and you probably need a crown on one of them, and I was like yeah, y'all have maxed out my dental coverage this year let's talk in January lol.

Making your own oat milk would be so easy! It is just 1 part water to 3 part oats and blend! I do 4 parts water to 1 part nuts which is plenty creamy for in my smoothies. I guess you could make any kind of nut milk, I don't see why not. I know that walnuts are important and what with my tahini issue and getting in enough flax seeds, I haven't been prioritizing walnuts.

The leftover ground almonds can easily be used. My SIL dries the leftover ground almond stuff in the oven and then stores it in a container and uses it just like almond flour. She has a cookie recipe which I'm smart enough not to take note of, and she makes some sort of cracker with almonds and nooch that sounds interesting.

My goals for the month are to get into a regular habit of yoga and to keep eating the way I have been for the last several weeks. I still have tweaks to make, for sure, but this is working pretty well for me for now.

I think I'm going to start doing the yoga by myself in the mornings. I was hoping to influence Joe to participate more, but by the time he is home I'm out of oomph so it is very hard to even suggest it, never mind convince him and myself to actually do it.

Angela from OSG has a recipe... ohsheglows.com/2013/01/10/homemade-oat-milk-easy-fast-cheap/. Maybe I will try it one of these days.

Still freaking out about deadlines and getting stuff done before boss leaves for 5 days out of town. Long days, but getting a lot done. Will be working all weekend, but I'm looking forward to him being out of my hair so I can get some stuff caught up I hope.

My mouth is a little sore today from the dental work yesterday. Like little beings with boxing gloves were in my mouth punching repeatedly at my gums lol. Hopefully it will go away soon.

    B - oatmeal
L - big pile of power greens with chickpeas, nooch and balsamic
D - stir-fry veggies and brown rice with some edamame
S - some pita chips, at least they were wheat and low fat :(

I am finding myself wanting to snack more lately, which I know is a combo of stress and fatigue. I plan to chop some veggies and stock up on some fruit this weekend to keep at the office so I'll quit jumping into the crunchy goodies.

baaaad as in bad-*kitten* (which mfp is probably going to change to bad-kitten) or bad as in oops? I am too. Very trying week, got it in 3 times that's good! But wanted 5. I didn't even post yesterday. Yesterday's food was a repeat of the day before breakfast and lunch.

Dinner was a pita pizza. Some time ago I made a sauce of tomato sauce, mashed cannellini beans, oregano and garlic and it was really good. I didn't have any cannellini so I used chickpeas instead. Had to put the sauce and chickpeas in the blender to get it smooth, and added water to get the right consistency, but it turned out very tasty. Topped my pita with the sauce and added 'shrooms, green pepper and onion, generous sprinkling of nooch, baked until toasty. Yum! Enough for dinner tonight and tomorrow.

I haven't been sleeping well the past week or so. When I woke up at 6:00 I decided no way was I getting up that early on Saturday so I went back to sleep and didn't wake up until 9:00 oops! I need to get to the office here pretty soon. Will likely be there until 5 or 6 tonight. And again tomorrow. Sigh.

I didn't end up making the tofu scramble. By the time we got around to getting ready to eat, we didn't have the time or energy. We split half a chickpea patty and put it on 2 slices of sprouted bread and had a big salad with t-crack. Not bad for about a minute in the kitchen.

I haven't been doing the yoga. I will resume on Monday with the 7th vid if that is the correct video for the day. I'm thinking about joining the site for the 1 week for $1 offer, but I want to make sure I make use of every day.

I bet you needed the extra sleep, Mihani. Take it where you can!

Long day, but my boss and I had fun and got through some stuff. I hope he's not coming in tomorrow though. I need a quiet day to get through some of the piles on my desk. When I'm there by myself I can really get into a groove and crank through tons of stuff. I'll turn on Pandora, or even watch NetFlix if I'm working on easy stuff that doesn't require lots of brain power.

I have yet to try the chickpea patties, really need to get around to that. They sound great.

B - this is so weird for breakfast, but I had half a pita stuffed with spinach and onion and grainy mustard... so tasty
L - salad of power greens, chickpeas, balsamic
D - pita pizza, green salad with broccoli slaw
    S - cantaloupe, a few walnuts

I had a strange breakfast the other day, too. It was oats in walnut milk with fruit salad on top! Not bad. I didn't feel like a smoothie this morning either, so I'm having oats with almond milk, frozen blueberries and some dried goji berries.

I'm not sure what we'll have for lunch. I forgot to soak beans overnight. Maybe a tofu stir fry. I'm soaking pinto beans for dinner so we'll either have bean burgers or chili for dinner.

This is the last day of our 6 week reboot. It went by really fast. I feel a lot better overall. I only had 2 coma-like naps over the 6 weeks, instead of several a week. I think that's due to better blood sugar control. I've only had a few headaches per week, and they haven't been very intense or long lasting, compared to a having bad headache at least 50% of the time before doing the reboot. My weigh in isn't until tomorrow morning, but I know I'll have dropped about 20 lbs. Pretty amazing difference, considering that all I've done (aside from 7, 10 minute yoga sessions), is eating a WFPB diet.

Who is doing another 6 weeks with me starting tomorrow? :)
  • Mihani

You have done awesome Carla! And the added benefits of more energy and fewer headaches are even better. I still haven't bought a battery for my scale lol. I need to do that. My guess is somewhere around 12 to 15 pounds gone from the way my clothes are fitting. But added to the 11 gone in the weeks before starting the 6 week plan, woot!

I'm all in for another 6 weeks! And going to do it better this round. I had too many slips from weeks 4 to 6.

B - did the half a pita with spinach and onion and grainy mustard again, I think this is my weekend breakfast now lol
L - big bowl of power greens, chickpeas, tomato (my neighbor loaded me up from his garden, I am going to be eating a LOT of tomatoes the next few weeks with his tomato plants producing like crazy), balsamic, nooch, a few walnuts
D - not sure yet, but probably stir-fry veggies
S - dove into some tortilla chips and so regretting that... could not stop, probably 2 servings of them :(

Last night I had something that wasn't WFPB, some sort of 'chick'n' patty that Joe had picked up for emergencies. We were cooking our beans late because I forgot to soak them, and neither of us had the oomph to cook or wait that long. We would have had Amy's burgers at least (not breaded), but our Safeway doesn't carry any Amy's products. I wasn't feeling a salad either, so it was a chick'n patty on 2 slices of Ezekiel with mashed avocado and a slice of tomato. Not the worst sin, I suppose, but with all that oil and no greens, definitely not on plan.

Today I'm making one or both of the pinto bean chili and pinto patties. I don't have anything prepared for lunch, so I will throw together a salad with tahini dressing and then maybe open a can of garbanzos for tu-no salad.

Your pita spinach sandwich sounds good, Mihani. I'm on the lookout for an alternative breakfast that is easy and savory. I get tired of all the fruit smoothie oatmeal type stuff every day.

21.6 lbs lost over the 6 weeks on plan. That was the fun one! The numbers won't be as good from now on. It sounds like you did great too, Mihani! You gotta get that battery for your scale! Amazon it! Great news about the clothes. Mine are fitting better too. There's a pair of jean capris that were on the loose side to begin with that I can't wear anymore, and a few shirts that my mom gave me were a little too snug and now they feel and look better.

Lia! glad you are joining us for this round!

WOOHOO CARLA!!! Amazing results, well done!!!

I am tired of kind of sweet breakfasts too. I am making my oats more savory with greens, but I've also seen some ideas of adding mushrooms, onions, etc. It makes sense, it's just a grain, we've just grown up thinking fruit, maple syrup, etc. is how you eat oats. Over the past few months I've discovered I like oats raw too. Just a splash of plant milk, whatever additions. I also like sweet and savory together, so some savory oats with blueberries is tasty.

I got my mail out of the mailbox, and standing in the hallway, flipped over one of the envelopes, and there was a HUGE spider just sitting there on the envelope. I screamed and threw the mail everywhere. I don't know where the darn spider went lol. I scared the poor dog, he ran upstairs and hasn't come back down. I think he thought he did something bad, which makes me wonder what he was doing before the spider incident.

    B - oats, banana, greens
L - brown rice and greens, steamed broccoli, soy sauce
D - thinking a big ol' salad with tons of tomato... my neighbor has overloaded me with tomatoes!

I'm realizing I am not eating nearly enough fruit lately. I just don't seem to be craving it, but I like it when I eat it. I'm going to make a point of eating more fruit this week.

Anyone else in for another 6 week plan?

P.S. the dog has reappeared lol

The last two days I haven't been hungry for breakfast. I don't know why, but my appetite in general has been much lower. I forced myself to have a smoothie this morning, because I can't get in my daily dozen/g-bombs with that all-important smoothie missing.

I'm glad you and your dog survived the spider incident lol. Sounds like how I'd react. In our last place, we had HUGE spiders that would gallop across the floor and make me shriek and stand on furniture. Here, I've only seen a few spiders in the house, and they've been much smaller. I wonder if it's because the last place didn't have a crawl space and this one does.

Here's my scarf/shawl thing, off the needles. It hasn't been blocked yet, as as I've never 'blocked' before, and don't know much about it, the scarf may or may not be destroyed in the process. Fingers crossed!

Beautiful scarf, Carla! Good luck with your blocking.

I have put some considerable thought today into the direction I want to go since we just finished the reboot of the 6 week plan. Quite honestly, my last 2 weeks were not as good as the first 4. That is pretty typical for me when I do the 6 week plan. I just sort of run out of enthusiasm and start craving the starchy carbs more around week 4. I do much better on the ETL life plan or the E2 7 day rescue from that perspective. I don't have cravings or get bored when I eat more potatoes, rice, grains, which make me happy and full.

The end result of my pondering is that I'm going back to my hybrid E2/ETL plan. The E2 7 day rescue is very similar to the ETL life plan, so not as strict as the 6 week plan, but I just did better allowing more starches. I realized the trick is to eat plenty of greens/veggies with every meal, so you don't overdo the starches, and I still tried to make sure I got all the GBOMBS.

So that's my plan for this 6 weeks. ETL/E2 hybrid plan. It is simply more sustainable for me.

That said, today was triscuit day. I didn't get much sleep and fatigue=cravings for me...

B - half a whole wheat/no oil pita with baby spinach and a drizzle of balsamic glaze
L - subway veggie sub, some triscuits
D - going to be a big ol' "taco salad" with greens, pintos, chopped red pepper, onion, mango, topped with salsa

Stopped at the grocery store and scored two big containers of blueberries at $2 each. May have to freeze some but great deal. The containers of greens were on sale for $1.49 because they are close to expiration. I'll use 'em up quick so I got one of arugula and two of power greens. Also got some fresh corn on the cob, collard greens, broccoli and cauliflower, broccoli slaw, and asparagus. Everything was marked down. I think I should shop on Wednesdays more often!

Whatever works best for you is definitely the best plan! I called it my ETL reboot, but it hasn't even been like regular ETL. I am doing the Greger daily dozen and not checking the exercise box currently hah.

Wow, some good prices on the greens and blueberries! We pay $5 for the large boxes of organic supergreens. We missed out on organic you-pick blueberries at $1.50 a lb, but with the heat we've been experiencing, it just isn't worth going out there in the sun. It is also smokey outside, and has been for days...the smoke from the BC fires blew in and hasn't left yet.

smoothie for breakfast, leftover chili or bean burger for lunch, and we're taking some of the bean crumbles that we didn't form into patties yet, and adding taco seasoning and making soft tacos tonight. I'm really looking forward to that for a change.

Looks like we have the thread to ourselves so far this month Carla lol. Hope Karrie is doing okay, probably busy with end of summer fun with the family. And Lia trying to get back to work part-time and busy with Baby Edie the rest of the time.

I'm going to check out Dr. G's daily dozen. Keep meaning to, just so busy with work. Ugh.

Didn't realize the smoke from the fires was affecting your area. Hope it clears up soon.

    Tacos sound awesome!

Today was better, I feel good about my decision. Made a batch of E2 hummus last night for lunches the next few days.

B - unsweetened shredded wheat cereal with fresh blueberries and a splash of oat milk, some chopped power greens
L - multi-grain oil-free sandwich flat with E2 hummus and a big pile of broccoli slaw, cherries
D - big ol' salad with lots of tomato (not sure I can use up all the tomatoes my neighbor has given me I should probably make a sauce or gazpacho this weekend), pinto beans, salsa, fresh roasted corn

I haven't had time to do anything with the groceries I bought last night. Need to do some work tonight, so I am hoping that tomorrow can be food prep night. I will crank up some music, sing and dance around the kitchen and get it all done. Want to steam broccoli, cauliflower and asparagus, bake potatoes, make a pot of brown rice, saute a batch of onions mushrooms and collard greens.

Another good day... still kind of tired from all the stress at work the past couple weeks (oh who am I kidding, the past couple years lol), but it's so nice to have things kind of quiet and get to spend enough time on one file to get it done and off my desk. I have all weekend and Monday to keep trying to dig myself out from under before the boss gets back. I've been working on easier things that have been piling up this week since I'm having to take a lot more phone calls than usual with the boss gone, but I have some more brain-draining files piled up to concentrate on this weekend.

Breakfast and lunch same as yesterday
Dinner will be a hodgepodge of veggies and a baked potato since I am going to do food prep tonight

We made tacos last night and they turned out really tasty! I'd doubled my bean burger recipe and used half of the bean and spice mix from that, and heated that in a pan with a bit of water and taco seasonings. That, lettuce, tomatoes & the burger sauce (which tastes smokey and cheesy) all wrapped up in a whole wheat tortilla.

The best part about this is that with very few changes, it tastes like a totally different meal. The bean patties are good with a slice of sprouted bread and a big salad, the next day add the seasoning and replace the bread with tortillas and it's Mexican night.

I now have 2 sets of recipes that go well together like this. The other one is pinto bean chili and pinto bean burgers.

Some of our apples in the orchard are ready to eat! We've been watching them grow for so long. The pears probably have a few more weeks. Did I mention our black currents? The bushes we bought this spring already produced! The plants are only a foot or so tall so far, but there were so many berries. I bet next year we'll have a harvest big enough to freeze a bunch.

Breakfast - missed it, had 2 strawberries from the garden
    Lunch - bean taco leftovers
Dinner - tofu broccoli stir fry
    snack - fruit salad, apple

Hello Scott! Nice to see you peeking out of the shadows lol.

I'm all for easy to make recipes Carla! The tacos sound really great. I cooked up a bunch of stuff last night. Steamed broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus. Baked potatoes. Roasted eggplant. Sauteed a batch of mushrooms with paprika and savory. Skillet full of collards, onions and garlic. All set for quite a few days now. Everything ready to throw into bowls or wraps with raw greens. Made a pot of lentils this morning.

B - ezekiel toast topped with power greens and lentils and sprinkled with nooch and ground pepper
L - baked potato topped with steamed broccoli and cauliflower and BBQ sauce
D - salad... lots of greens, black beans, avocado, onion, salsa... watermelon and blueberries for dessert

Oh, I keep forgetting to add to my menus... I've been eating a big bowl of chopped garden tomatoes with some balsamic glaze and black pepper, and sometimes baby spinach, every day. My neighbor is keeping me in a steady supply of tomatoes from his garden. So delicious, but my face is breaking out!

My eating over the weekend wasn't great. I was supplementing real food with some Amy's burgers to avoid cooking. Today I'm looking for another recipe duo for chickpeas. I've got the tahini lemon burgers, so I just need one more. Even if it's just using the cooked beans, I like the idea of making less work wherever possible. Maybe some chana masala if I can find a decent one. I have the Vegan Richa cookbook and she must have a recipe for that.

My weight loss for the week was 0.4 lbs...that's fair LOL

Hi Scott! How's your tailored diet working out for you? Did you start that book yet?

Hi Karrie! Welcome back. :) Glad you had a good time.

Still losing Carla, that's the important thing! You're doing great.

I am working on a few files I brought home from the office. Obviously not concentrating on them as I should lol. I best get back at it.

B - oatmeal with a few walnuts and lots of blueberries
L - chopped tomato, steamed broccoli and cauliflower on a bed of power greens with balsamic
D - E2 hummus and lots of greens in a wrap
    S - watermelon

Welcome back, Karrie! Do you watch the YarnHoarder podcast by chance? She has such a massive stash and so many projects on the go at once. I love it! Makes me feel better about the number of WIPs I have.

Seems like a crazy busy time for you Mihani, even more so than usual in the last several weeks. Hope you catch a break soon.

We went to the local fair and met up with my brother, SIL, & the kids last night. The weather was perfect...overcast and in the low 70s. We haven't gone previous years because it has always been too darn hot. I felt bad for all of the animals in cages with so many people around, but at least the aren't suffering due to the heat.

    This makes me so happy:

Reba looks she is either ready for a nap or just woke from one. Although with cats, one or the other is a near constant state.

Yeah, super busy Carla. Boss got back today too, so we're booked solid with clients the rest of the week. Also have a few major deadlines that need to be met.

B - oatmeal with water, splash of oat milk, a few walnuts, and a banana. I've stopped doing overnight oats and don't cook them, I just let them soak in just enough liquid to cover for a little while and eat them raw. I really like them that way.
L - big ol' pile of arugula topped with black beans and tossed with balsamic and nooch, a whole wheat pita
D - not sure yet, but probably a bunch of leftover steamed veggies tossed with whole wheat pasta, chopped tomatoes and chickpeas, and whatever spices look appealing.

I'm really not into cooking at all lately. I hope I'll get some cooking mojo back come autumn.

Reba is constantly sleeping. It's not like she's awake at night either, she's been coming to bed with us lately. What a sweet old kitty. If you walk by and pet her she wakes up purring.

I haven't been into cooking as much the last week and I hope I get back into it soon, too. I'm not really eating other things instead, just not bothering to eat as much. It will probably work out just fine on the scale, but I'm not getting as many greens as I was during the first 6 week reboot.

Breakfast - smoothie, hopefully by 10 am, just not hungry in the mornings lately
Lunch - tu-no salad with a pile of greens
Dinner - chana masala or lemon tahini chickpea patty with salad
    Snacks - cherries, fruit salad

Here's my latest hand spun yarn. This is the first bobbin I've spun up thin like a regular yarn instead of art yarn. It is a great way to spin for a long time without using up a ton of fiber.

Pretty yarn Carla! I love all those vibrant colors.

I didn't even end up making pasta last night. So tired/lazy that I toasted a whole wheat pita, stuffed it chock full of greens, added a little spicy brown mustard. It actually tasted really good. Maybe the simplicity made it taste better!

    Today was simple too...
    B - oats and a banana
L - whole bunch of arugula with chickpeas, nooch and balsamic, half a wheat pita
D - not sure... maybe I'll get motivated to make the pasta salad tonight, but it's doubtful. Not really that hungry maybe just a smoothie. It's hot which tends to make me less hungry, and a nice cold smoothie actually sounds pretty tasty.

Something I've noticed lately on menus at restaurants, and I got a coupon thing for a new pizza place in the mail today and it reminded me of it. Instead of saying "meat" for additions to pasta, pizza, etc. a lot of places seem to be titling that section "protein". It doesn't bother me, they are trying to sell a product it's just advertising, but it made me curious why restaurants are changing to that. My feeling is that MEAT has developed more of an unhealthy connotation these days, but if we call it PROTEIN then people will feel really good about paying an extra buck or two to have some good healthy protein added to their dish. I may post this on the veggie group to see if others have noticed it and what they think.

Your handspun is gorgeous. I needs me a wheel!!!!

I've been going with the KISS principal all week. Keepin' it simple 'cuz I'm stupid. I bought those ready to go chopped salad kits for lunches and I've had a lot of fresh fruit around. Then for suppers I've done a bit of this and that. Monday I was cooking soup for my daughter after having her braces adjusted, and I basically ate so many raw veggies while I was chopping, that I didn't need anything else. Tuesday was a stirfry and last night was a bean burger, fully loaded with mushrooms, jalapenos, and onions. Yum! Not sure what tonight is yet.

But the salad kits have sure helped me stay on track. And they are quite yummy, too!
