    Good omad day. Forgot to take a picture of my dinner but had a homemade hamburger, salad, drumstick ice cream. I'm kind of grossly stuffed right now. Got an 8 mile run in but did it in two parts...1st went out alone and got a lil over 4 miles then came home for an hour and headed back out with the hubs. Hope everyone had a good day! <3
