Did a 3 mile hike today. Found a walking partner for the final 1/3rd of the hike. I got to spread the word of Walk at Home today. This person had never heard of her before but by the time the hike had ended she was turned on to the new possibility of walking at home.

As the monthly introduction mentions "If you find this challenge in the middle of the month it doesn't matter which day of the month that you join in. Just set your goals to reflect what you want to walk for the remaining days in the month. You are always welcome ! "
So you are in the right place, and you are doing great starting back into walking.
Great mileage so far.... and that is an awesome goal that you set for the month. Well done !

10/20th I was going to do the Burn 30 Workout, again, this morning, but I had a headache. So, later tonight, I just danced for 30 minutes.
