    Maybe I'm pushing it with intentional activity since I only got out for one walk during my morning break , but it's better than nothing!

    I will also be adding whether I remember to take my supplements because I really need to start those back up!

    We went to a fundraiser for a non profit for which I am on the board. I had one glass of red wine. I had a nibble of Lilys chocolate this afternoon. I'm okay with both of these things because they are not everyday and not in any kind of concerning quantity. Which for me, is the whole point of monitoring myself. I want to be able to have a glass of wine or bite of chocolate; just not the whole bar or bottle at once like I used to :P
