Well, I had a 180-day binge-free streak and on the evening on 11-4-2017 I lost it with a binge that put my consumed calories for that day to over 7300! Surprisingly, I was able to get back on track the next day and have been binge-free since removing a recently-added food item from my daily menu (i.e. hard sourdough pretzels). I gained weight too with that binge, as expected, but that is also on the way back down as well as my blood sugars and insulin dosages and I'm finally getting full again after eating my meals (that hasn't happened for the last 2-3 weeks & I'm not sure why but it's about the same time I added in those hard sourdough pretzels into my daily meals--so I've removed them from my menu & 2-3 days later I'm getting full again when I finish my meals).
