My trend weight has been under 146 for several days now, so I would say my goal for November has been met2 -

@KelseyRL We all have days like that, and when you get to the “oh but that wasn’t worth the calories” you know that something has changed. In the past it was a case of ‘*kitten* it, YOLO!’ but now it’s a case of ‘YOLO so I’d best be kind to my body’. Well done meeting your goal!
@bringbackthejoy Sounds good. I might look in to the book a bit more in the new year once I am closer to my target weight. I don’t think 154 will get my fat content down to where I’d like it to be, but perhaps a bit of strong curves will help with a bit of re-comping.

I just wanted to come and finish up my entries for November. I'll do a more complete post in the December thread about the last week, but at least this one is finalized. And I'm happy to say I met my goal for November! Now it's just a matter of keeping things together for December.
