    I am simply changing my goal weight for the month of august I feel that my original goal was a tad too ambitious and might require unhealthy eating habits to actually be achieved.

    I'm sure you'll do FANTASTIC with your goal and knock it out of the park. I'm glad that you were able to realize what your limits are. Remember, slow and steady wins the race. :wink: Keep up the GREAT work!!!

    Week 1: 8/01/13 = sadly wasn't here
    Week 2: 8/08/13 = will get this next week
    Week 3: 8/15/13 = 299.8 down 1.6 lbs
    Week 4: 8/22/13 = 299.7 down 0.1 I don't care it's a move in the right direction
    Week 5: 8/29/13 =

    So I need to go 1.7 more lbs this last week! Big finish!

    Need to finish with a three pound loss to hit the Century lost mark. I do have a good chance of reaching my stated goal by next week.

    Thanks dward. That first week, I was on a cruise ship and didn't move weight-wise. So I think some of that weight last week was waiting to jump ship until I got off the ship. I doubt I'll be able to hit my goal for this month, but that's fine. I figure out what went right, what went wrong, set a new goal for next month and keep it moving.

    Also, you are killing it, man! Can't wait for you to hit that triple-digit loss.

    So close to my gw but I'm afraid my TOM will sabotage, but I'm trying extra hard. 250 will also be my halfway point and 100 pounds down, so I'm determined to keep going. August WILL be my month.

    Day late in the weigh-in, I was travelling back from Texas yesterday.

    My Numbers:
    SW:384.3
    CW: 364
    GW: 349
    LTGW: 185

    Weigh-ins:
    Week 1: 08/01/13: 364
    Week 2: 08/08/13: 357.5
    Week 3: 08/15/13: 349.9
    Week 4: 08/22/13: 346.2
    Week 5: 08/29/13:

    So, a 3.7 pound loss is pretty good for a travel week (and I made my month goal a week early)! It's definitely harder to stay on track when you are eating out for every meal - but apparently my choices weren't too bad. :-)

    Sorry that I didn't get to give individual kudos this week, but I am mighty impressed with what you folks have done!! Great job!!!
