I am simply changing my goal weight for the month of august I feel that my original goal was a tad too ambitious and might require unhealthy eating habits to actually be achieved.

Thanks dward. That first week, I was on a cruise ship and didn't move weight-wise. So I think some of that weight last week was waiting to jump ship until I got off the ship. I doubt I'll be able to hit my goal for this month, but that's fine. I figure out what went right, what went wrong, set a new goal for next month and keep it moving.
Also, you are killing it, man! Can't wait for you to hit that triple-digit loss.0 -

So, a 3.7 pound loss is pretty good for a travel week (and I made my month goal a week early)! It's definitely harder to stay on track when you are eating out for every meal - but apparently my choices weren't too bad. :-)
Sorry that I didn't get to give individual kudos this week, but I am mighty impressed with what you folks have done!! Great job!!!
