    Woohoo, a new 100+ pal! Welcome Danielle. It looks like you're already off to an awesome start but you've definitely found the perfect group for that extra support that will help you stick with this :D I've got a big chunk to loose too so feel free to friend me up and we can go through this together ^_^ Have a wee browse of our sexy 100+ message boards, lots of great stuff to have a read of and get to know us a little.     MFP Start Weight: 264 LB = 120 kilos CW: 227.9 LB= 103.6 KILOS 1* GW: 219.8= 99.9 KILOS!, 2* GW: 209 LB= 95 KILOS, 3* GW: 199.8 LB ONEDERLAND!!!= 90.8 KILOS LTGW: 165 LB= 75 kilos...and then see!

    Weigh-ins:
    Week 1: 8/01/13 = 227.9 LB= 103.6 KILOS
    Week 2: 8/08/13 = 227.7= 103.3 kilos :noway:
    Week 3: 8/15/13 = 225.3= 102.4 kilos ( Lost 2.4 LB= 1 kilo) :love:

    I am happy for you all! Unfortunately I can't loss more than around the 2 pounds a week...BUT I am happy with that!

    YamRector - Hooray for 1 Kilo gone. Hey 2 pounds a week is really a great loss, especially after your disappointment last week. They were both losses, so kudos to you.

    I am simply changing my goal weight for the month of august I feel that my original goal was a tad too ambitious and might require unhealthy eating habits to actually be achieved.
