From an admin post back in June when they Beta tested “woo”

    Hey folks!!

Thank you to everyone who participated in our poll for a new reaction. We had a very clear winner.

The winning vote goes to... Woo!

Since Woo is a different type of reaction than anything we've enabled in the past, we're going to start this off in beta mode.

Woo can mean two things. You can click it both to mean woo as in woo-hoo or to express that you think an idea or approach is too good to be true.

We hope you enjoy the new reaction!!

I was disappointed that my weight was creeping back up but I figured it could be my monthly bloat. I did another 3d body scan for measuring yesterday 12/20. I compared it to my 11/24 scan and I lost total of 8.9 inches. I will be doing the 3d body scan monthly so I can get an objective measurement of how many inches I continue to lose. As long as I'm losing inches I'm happy even if my weight is not moving much.

Changes, glitches etc can often be seen in the general MYFITNESSPAL forum category. The category that lists announcements, suggestions, feedback, technical feedback/support, etc. Here's the most recent:

So, I had another good loss over the past week, but now my body is really slowing down even though I've substantially upped my physical activity and stuck to my carb allowance. I assume the bulk I dropped previously was all water. I'm trying to convince myself that if next week only yields a pound loss, that's still a win, but I'm not there yet. lol

    12/3: 203
    12/10: 199.6
    12/17: 194.5

That's a lot of weight to have lost, well done and water is still weight you were carrying around! Also keep convincing yourself because 'fat' is harder to loose so a pound will be great and it's not as easy to regain as water so after the initial water weight, every ounce is good never mind every pound!

Well I plan on eating my weight in food tomorrow and on Christmas lmao. So I weighed today and then I will weigh in again Sunday. Soooooo.... My results.

    Start- 10/17-184
    11/01- 171
    12/5- 159
    12/12- 154
    12/19- 149
    12/23- 146
I loaded and unloaded 9000 pounds of packages yesterday alone and worked a 12 hr day. It's kicking my butt! Got my gym membership all set up yesterday. Come new years my goal will not to be to lose weight but to get fricken' ripped

The amounts you've been lifting you don't need gym membership and you must already be ripped!! Have a great day tomorrow and on Christmas Day and if you weigh in next week having lost a big amount again I'm officially asking for a job with you!! <3

Woohoo @Jigglypuff00. Tickled pink for you this AM!

Also glad to see someone else is up this early. At least I think you're in the USA. I was up and rolling at 4:30 AM which is HIGHLY unusual for me. I think I'm getting excited for a new year already with a week remaining in 2017. LOL.

    @kpk54 Thank you!

I am up early every morning! I can't sleep past 4 is seems most morning now. But today I was up a 2:30! I don't know if Keto has anything to do with it, but yeah...I get less and less sleep lately. I gave up fighting it and just get up now. But I do go to bed around 8! LOL!
