It is really hard for me to admit my weight is going up. A part of me wants to just say "I'll let you know when it gets better" but for me that would be avoidance. So here's my truth.

148.6 this morning at 5:30. Walking then working out w/our trainer then DH's brother, his wife and their two grown girls are going to be at DDD's. They live in San Jose. We haven't seen them in a a while. Food is piling up for the visit. Hee hee hee...I'm going to take the stuff I don't want and put it on DDD's table for everyone to enjoy!!!

I've been watching the low-carb group to get inspired. Don't know what is forcing me to eat at night. Awareness should be overriding craving but is not.
Good to clean and share, Chris and Shell. Power and prayers to us.

Paula I saw this tall lady today. I was getting a grilled chicken burrito. She looked really great. I was trying to be inspired by her. Then she stumbled while getting onto her chair and almost did a face plant on her table. Ruined my inspirational thoughts. You cannot be kewl like that. But she did laugh at herself. So plus one for sense of humor.
I did not weigh this morning. Got up and into the shower before I even engaged my brain.

149.2 this morning at 5:30. Party hard today/tonight because tomorrow the game begins. It looks like we are all in the same boat...which is sinking!!!!! I need to get rid of 11 pounds. My goal is 138.0 I will clean the cupboards and really watch what I eat. I have four workouts this week and will get back on the bike for some additional miles.
What are your plans, my friends?

My plan is to start keeping track of what I put my in my mouth better. And to hand out some oars. We need to paddle harder to keep from sinking.
