LOL! This is me! I don't really like fish. I can eat it but I don't enjoy it so avoiding it is easy.0 -
@Sunny_Bunny_ It's all good! LOL! I was just kidding. I would rather eat my meals than drink them, but as it is hard to get the protein in, a'drinking I will go!
The Pam cooking spray is olive oil flavored. I don't know if it contains actual olive oil or not, but it's supposed to be zero calories, etc.
I will not give up my bacon! Bacon makes life worth living! LOL! Occasionally I will have a ham omlette. I may or may not also have bacon.
I changed my macros. I think the protein macro was set too high. Now it's more doable. My new macros are 5% carbs (which I still go over), 20% protein (which I will most likely always go over now without the protein shake) and 75% fat which I probably won't hit now. So we'll see how that goes. Thanks!1
