Hey y'all I actually cheated and started on Monday! Which worked in my favor because I had a procedure done on my foot and I didn't get to my daily 500 goals today or yesterday because of it but luckily in caught up because I did reach and surpass my goals since Monday!
Total since Monday: 2612 calories. 888 cals left to burn until this Monday.
I've been doin a mix of elliptical, body weight exercises, and using weights and cable wire exercises.0 -
