Exercised? Yes. Ran a mile and a half and then did two sprint laps. a bit of strength training

Ate what I tracked? Calories? yes to both.
On Friday, I may increase my calorie allotment given how much weight I loose. So far I am almost at 3 pounds. We will see how it goes and I will let you know. I want this to be a lifestyle...not a road race....that I can't continue.1 -

I thought I would try a pull up today out of the blue. I haven’t been able to do it since I was a kid so I’m not sure why I thought I could. But I did it! And then a couple more times through the day! Now it wasn’t pretty and I had to get a little hop in there to start, but I made it. NSV woohoo!4 -

@RangerRickL I grew up in Los Alamos and now live outside of Albuquerque. Green Chile is a regular staple in my diet. It is full of Vitamin C.2 -

I’m going to take a pass day. Got in an upper body strength workout and a bit of cardio but we took the kids on a family date to a movie and out for supper. I made a good choice for my meal but then free dessert. I can’t be too sure about calories so I’ll just pass to be safe.1
