    Please don't hate me all. I had a really crappy week in terms of emotions/eating/monthly. Not happy with the .8 gain, but I promise I will be coming back next week losing that and more! Also, I feel extremely bloated.

    Took me all week to shed the water weight from last friday's fun outing .... whoops.
    I have been working out more this week and tried a few new classes at the rec center, so I imagine next week will look much better.

    It's tricky! I remind myself frequently that weight loss is not linear. All sorts of things effect it, including salt consumption, working out and lack of water.
