It's a small loss, but happy to see the loss. I had a lot of struggles this week and was in a gain position all the way through yesterday. Glad I was able to pull out one final loss. Total lost for this challenge was 7.7 lbs. Was hoping to be closer to 10, but am happy that I'm continuing to go in the right direction. Looking for better numbers in February's challenge!!1 -

Apologies once again for being late. My work was hectic and I still need to get into a routine. I think from next month onward I would like my weigh in day to be on Wednesdays - would just be more sensible considering my schedule.
