I am in the Ultimate Accountability Challenge, but keep forgetting to post here when updating it. For the past 3 days I have been on track for exercise, calories and tracking. I have put my calories up over the festive season, but am tapering back over the next few days to resume weight-loss level on Monday. I am also going to start using my new weighing scales on Monday, and I think they weigh about 1kg heavier than my current ones, so will have to take the "hit" next weighing day (Tuesday). Sorry team!0
