146.8 this morning at 5:00. Walking w/DH in a few mins and workout w/trainer this afternoon. Had some of the low-sodium popcorn last night. It's really good. Comes in 100 cal bags. Might just be the new snack.
R&B this morning. Don't know about walking with them...fog is dense and cold...can't see to the end of the block! Did I tell you how much I miss summer??? A LOT!!!

A rare event in Houston! Snow, sleet and ice! Roads have been closed for 2 days and Library system closed for 2 days. Enjoying my snow days and trying not to eat too much. DH and our guest Patricia were off work yesterday too. Patricia made seafood gumbo. Today they are back to work and I will drink my water. Kathy, are you off work too? Southern cities can’t deal with this. We don’t have tire chains or salt to put on all the roads.0

I telework so I'm working at home today, but yes the ATL is pretty much shutdown. Schools are closed today as well as most govt. offices. There were so many accidents today...as you said we are not prepared and can't deal...especially the ice.

Still 173# this morning but at least less was eaten yesterday and today (presuming NO nighttime snackies 2nite, Paula!) And kept my carbs at minimum too. Trying to kick the craves.
Maybe there'll be a little lag before it starts coming off (again...) Looking forward to change.

Paula I have the same issue. Not drinking enough during the day. Then drinking late into the night. Then up visiting the bathroom all night. Grrrrrr. So my weight was back up this morning.

I have the same problem when I drink a lot of water...night trips to bathroom...ugh.
147.0 this morning at 4:00. We walked in the dark...it wasn't as cold this morning. Picking R&B in about 10 mins. Walked and had a good workout w/our trainer yesterday...tiny bit sore today. She has a good set up in her garage.

187:8 this morning. So I’m not the only one with night issues. If I learn to sleep better I wouldn’t have the urge to eat or drink...duh. Going to get on my bike early this morning. I’m wondering if I do it again in the evening if it might help me sleep???

Why are nighttime nibbling and drinking/drainage frequency such hassles? Guess I should appreciate that it's mostly only at night instead of all day, eek...
I did manage to avoid eating that extra nondairy yogurt last night, mostly due to having mentioned it here, because that gave a voice to the echo in my head. Down 1.5# this morning: 170.5... :bigsmile:

Walking and yoga this morning. DDD&SIL going to Sharks game in San Jose. We'll be watching R&B into the evening. SIL's mom will be there to help. ...uuummm...we'll see.

169 this morning. At goal (again). We'll see where the bounce takes us tomorrow (us = me myself & I). Doesn't feel solid yet.

Turns out DDD's MIL bailed on the Ronan Watch tonight...haven't heard the reason. It's funny because she made such a fuss about wanting to watch him by herself for six-plus hours tonight when she has NEVER watched him at all!! Wasn't going to happen.

I went to a retirement party last night. So I did not log or weigh myself tonight. It has been really hard not to eat to much. Rocky just munches all the time. Really stretches my will power. And yes, I tell him to stop. Work out with my daughter in the morning. And I will be doing the mini workout that Chris put up. Love it.

Shelley, she's never been alone w/Ronan. She also has a really bad knee and at 5'3" is close to 300 pounds. She cannot pick him up off the floor or chase after him. She wants to sit and cuddle and watch TV with him.
He was so full of it last night because his routine was so different. He was everywhere...chasing the dog...chasing the two cats...wanting to do everything he knows his parents won't let him do just to see if we had the same rules for him. We did. He's fast tho. Did not want to watch DORI at all. He never slowed down more than two or three minutes.
Walking w/DH in a few mins then shopping.

Ah Chris, too bad DDD's MIL didn't make it last night. It might have cured her of the urge.
But from the perspective of someone who was almost-chairbound, it's really heartbreaking not to be able to participate in life. And its close to impossible to reduce when you've gotten to the point you can't even move, much less exercise.

172 this morning - there's the bounce. Started nibbling last night and couldn't stop - ate a whole bag of rice cakes. Rice cakes are okay but a whole bag is not. Then dried fruit (must have something, demon claims, hungry!), tofu (need protein, demon explains slyly) and of course tofu's too bland by itself...So many traps...
While I'm fighting to stop cravings (again) I'm going to try to drink gulps of water whenever I'm hungry. That way, if the demon says "but i WANT treats" conscious can respond "no problem, just gulp first" and hopefully the gulps will kill/modify the craving.So many traps...paula

Chris that is so sad for all. But I am glad Ronan gave you such a wonderful workout.
Paula I was wanting more today also. I was bad and ate two cinnamon rolls at eleven. First was breakfast followed quickly by lunch. I almost had a piece of pie two hours later! Had the knife and fork both out. But I knew I would have a piece later. So I put away the utensils and balanced my books instead. Then Rocky made chili, hot chili. Yuch. So I had soup. And of course I had a piece of pie. Now I did stay in my calories. But where is the vitamins my body needs? I still had energy surprisingly enough. I need intervention!

Found out yesterday that the woman who has done our taxes for the past 25 years or so, has retired. We need to find a new tax person. DAMN!!!! She was so good, too. Anyway, that is DDD's and my mission this week.

Well I was up again. 150.6! No idea how it happened. I was good yesterday. And today my food diary wanted me to eat more. But I was full. And so not eating this late. Grrrrrr.
