    Di: mixed green salad with Bolthouse dressing, baked chicken, vegetable TBD, Dave's killer thin bread slice, pistachios

    Thanks for the reminder, Magic, that it's Sept. 1--for me, always a time for new beginnings (I've always been school-oriented). I'm trying to ease into a full reboot. I may not always post, but I do check in regularly and appreciate your good cheer and encouragement.

    3:30pm Peach

    5:00pm juice

    6:30pm mason jar salad HOME

    8:30pm tea and popcorn HOME


    I have been eating everything so fast and then lookin for stuff. I need to slow it down. Hoping this works.

    Off Mon - Thu this week. Taking a vacation day on Monday.

    Going to keep at this on my four day mini vacay!
