For March, I aim to lose 1.5lbs a week. My non-scale goal is to find a rhythm for my workouts and remain consistent.
My end goals are to make all of my new, healthier habits last a lifetime.

Happy Hump Day Everyone, I hope everyone is doing great.. Woke up late this morning so wasn't able to go to the gym but I will make it up tonight after class.. Definitely feels different not going, feels like I've been forgetting something all day today lol Fight the urges and take one step at time towards your goal!!!!7 -

Today isnt going so well steps wise...after yesterdays accomplishment I slept through the alarm...then spent 3 hours at the hairdressers (prepping for next week!). I am working tonight though...so at least I think I'll still hit me step goal.3

I’ve been thinking about my goals.
I am only about 10 pounds away from my goal weight, but it’s definitely a slow process at this point. Each little bit is a challenge. So I just need to be steady and not give up. I decided my goal for March is to be in the winners circle for the mini challenge each week. That’s a pretty big goal for me!5 -
