Hope everyone is doing good. My weather is crazy here in TN. Yesterday in the sixties and nice and then thunderstorms out of nowhere. Today it is warm but looks like rain again and tonight we are suppose to get snow. I hate when we can be in the seventies over the weekend and then it snows two days later. I can't wait until the hiccups are done and we can enjoy nice weather continuously. Anyway hope everyone else is doing good and having better weather.
I would like to congratulate the biggest losers for week 2: @rvaugh07 7, @wyhorzegal, and @leni1us . Also @rvaugh07 was in third place for the Individual top three pounds. Way to go team. We have this week and next so less finish strong. Stay active and hydrated. Hope everyone has a blessed day.2 -

Was in DC all last week, we made it out of the storm yesterday and home!! I thought i made good choices but eating out every day for a week.....plus since we were flying all day yesterday I didn't drink very much? Just means I have to work harder this week!1 -

Very slow going and trying not to get discouraged. Since I had a colonoscopy two weeks ago I have been at a plateau You would think after 24hr fasting then the subsequent "cleanse" I would have lost! Instead my body seemed to go into starvation mode. I have been very compliant with the program and its frustrating not to see big results.
Overall I down 12 lbs. My goal of 2lbs a weeks was clearly misplaced. It think it was possible in my 30's but not in my 50's. I am trying to take it one day at a time.
Anyone have any ideas for breaking out of a plateau?2 -

I exercised for at least 35 minutes everyday this week so it's hard not to get discouraged. I have to remind myself that the scale is just one data point. I need to look at how I feel, how my clothes fit, etc. Next week I really work on getting my water in and watching what I eat and how much. "Slow and steady wins the race" they say.1 -
