Welcome new and returning UAC members.
Everyday, the first panel has a statement of the most basic core rules. No where in our rules is it written that if you have more than 3 Pass days should you stop participating in the program. If you are serious about weight loss or maintenance, it makes no sense to quit doing the thoughtful core habits of this program.
If you have more than 3 Pass days per month, then you will not be included in the Winner's Circle, because that is an incentive and a reward for those who meet the core rules.
Stick with us and have great success!

I love what I'm doing but looking forward to ending my duathlon season next weekend and opening the olympic triathlon season. Longer distances will mean more calories burned aaaand...more food!! Lol

Anyone else have trouble with tracking yesterday? There seemed to be some issue with the MFP server.

Good Morning on this April Fool's Day here in America!
Thank you Rick for sending me the log in information as i t was not coming up on my group screen! Now I am all set.
I have not been exercising as I am injured and getting some serious treatment, but my plan for today is to get on the track and walk. I f I get a hair, I may jog some intervals gently and see how I am doing. I have another Chiropractic Monday after work and then a sports massage again on Sunday the 8th. Will report in later again.6 -
CONGRATULATIONS EVERYONE!!!!
@w8goal4life did you get the high winds last night? Another tree came down thank goodness onto our property. I am going to have to think about getting a tiny chainsaw or letting someone come who wants the wood. We shall see I am going for give it away but it's getting hubby to agree.5 -

Lunch at parents ( 90 min drive each way). Too much food on offer, but stayed in budget.
Helped hang sisters new clothes drier on wall.

@2020pinktogo Yes, quite windy. We picked up our son and daughter-in-law at the airport last night. I guess their flight was also less than pleasant with lots of turbulence.1 -

Pass Day #1 - was always intended as having lunch out at my local restaurant. Really lovely food and wine - probably not that far over goal but not tracking and negligible exercise. Hope everyone had a great day.5

Calories (100 over. Lunch at my parents. And I stole some of my daughter's Easter chocolate)
Exercise: not really. I was all set to do a pilates dvd and my dvd player has broken. Struggle using ipad/YouTube as my 2 yr old walks off with it or my work laptop she calls a piano and tries to pound the keyboard. At least she can't move the TV! Will order a new one.4 -

On my evening walk I was attacked by this savage beast. Luckily, I was able to wrestle him to the ground, subdue him and I now hope to turn him into a household pet.

Exercise: 20 minute walk through an Alpine Village in the middle of the South Island.

Nice day - went for a drive to an alpine village which has natural hot springs. We had a soak which was refreshing after the previous nights celebrations for my husbands birthday! I went to my mothers place on the way back home and for Easter dinner.
I now have a fridge full of chocolate. Moderation will be the way forward for me!
