    "Rest day" yesterday. But we were busy the entire day. Spent almost 10 hours on the motorcycle and out in the sun and wind and then a birthday dinner party for my sweetie's sister. Got home about 10:30 pm last night and literally just collapsed in bed. Thankfully I remembered to take my contacts out first. ha

    Gorgeous, gorgeous day here today and got out for a nice outside walk of 1.6 miles. Took the GF's kid because he kept telling me how bored he was. Apparently he felt it was my obligation to entertain him. :smiley:

    My son at Sr Prom last night.

    Made this a rest day, but took a stroll outside. Slower than my usual walk for a calorie burn pace. 2.3 miles

    @dave - Awww...so handsome.

    @clepant - when you figure out how stress is measured, let me know!

    Had a short run this evening. Summer is here in Florida - hot and humid! I'm at 30/75.

    Giro d' Italia is on. The first three days were in Israel. That was the most boring start to a Grand Tour race I've ever seen. I hope they don't repeat that next year. Even the announcers were talking about how difficult it was to announce for three stages that were that boring.

    Thanks all for the kind words on the prom photos. I can't get over how much he still looks so much like me at that age! Lighter color hair, but that's about it. Now to get him graduated in the next month!

    I made it to the gym and did my ab work, stretching and 6.1 miles on the bike. The 0.1 was to round my total up to an even number again. :lol:

    Just spent 3 days in Sheffield and I’m shattered - helping my bestie as her husband has just had a groin hernia repair. Like many men (sorry @Dave) he wasn’t a good patient. Tomorrow my eldest son gets married .... and 2 weeks ago my youngest left his wife. Life is hard at the moment.

    @k80flec Congrats on the wedding :-)

    Adding 2 miles from Boot Camp. We FINALLY got to have class outside on the turf, usually we can get out there in March, but the weather wasn't cooperating until today. It's much more fun in the dark and having the sun rise as you sweat.

    @k80flec - sorry life is hard. The wedding should be a nice bright spot.

    I went for a little walk today to put me at 32/75. Other than that lots of errands and things.

    Off on my short vacation with my hubby and his mother. Hope to get out for a hike tomorrow afternoon at a nearby state park.

    Added 6.5 miles in the last two days for a May total of 30.25 miles. Pretty proud of the 2 miles today in addition to the 5+ hours in the car.

    @K80FLEC - Sorry life is so stressful right now. Sending ((HUGS)). :flowerforyou:

    #CLP212 - Welcome back! It sure has* been a long time! I had to go way back to find your old stats. Hopefully they were the most current. :smile:

    Rest day from the gym for me again today. Might get out for a walk this afternoon if the rain holds off.
