    June 12 - 148.8 KG (328 Pounds)
    June 20 - 148 KG (326 Pounds)
    June 27 - 146.6 KG (323 Pounds)

    1.4 KG (around 3 Pounds) drop in a week, I'll take it! :)

    Surprised that I lost a KG considering I thought I ate horribly this week. Guess I didn't eat as much as I thought as I wasn't calculating calories consistently due to lots of meals with the family outside and whatnot. Pretty amazing way of eating this is :)

    You shouldn't have to count calories unless you're gaining weight. Nice loss!!! :)

    Yeah I typically use calories as more of a reference point - for instance if I'm cooking a dish I'll watch for how much oil I'm using since it can add up very quick. Generally I haven't been counting religiously though and still going strong!
