I live on a farm 50 miles west of Lake Michigan which is the eastern shore of the city of Chicago,

Last night was swim class instructors were 2 teenagers. They had plans so they ended the class 20 min early. Then they were like put the exercise bands away. My daughter worked this program many moons ago I know these kids get paid a set time plus closing up. So I am angry I and a few other women did not put away stuff . The 2 of them are horsing around in the pool and the one goes to us I believe you left something behind. I go I believe class is an hour you have time to get it. Debbie goes in the locker room and looks at me and laughs and says you are feisty. She goes I was going to cave but you stood up to them and we just all followed you. Can't wait for our regular instructor to come back. Hopefully Thursdays class goes better same 2 will be there.6

3 x yes for today, was soooo tired this morning but 20 mins with Leslie Sansone got me going, 10 mins quigong, 35 min yoga, 75 min cleaning, 20 min brisk walk before dinner

Exercised: 12000 steps including a long walk with my dog and some Active stretching.
Calories: 38 Calories left, really had a hard time getting all my protein in today but i managed somehow.

YES - walked to and from work and did my first cycle in the cycling club I joined! It was great!!!

A good day! Procrastinated for a bit, but got a really intense workout done before noon, walked some, gardened some, cooled down in the pond. It is not easy to go really hard when this hot (Canadians are wimpy about heat, I'll grant you), but it sure feels good to get it done!

Im going to go ahead and take my first pass day.
I did walk alot today,including a 2.2 mile walk with my dog. Ive walked over 10,000 steps
I probably was within my caleries,but since i did splurg on several things today thats why im doing a pass day.

Lots of children visiting the farm today. I spent 2. 5 horses walking with my horse, Charlie, as he gave rides to lots of kids. A day with kids and horses is my favorite day.
Tomorrow, we have lots more family coming to visit. It should be another fun day.

Hope everyone in the US has had a good 4th of July! And hope everyone else has had a good day too of course. I tracked everything and stayed under my calorie goal. I got my exercise in by walking around the waterfront in my city where we had a firework showing and some bands playing. I even managed to fit a beer into my calorie budget. ;P Got over 11,000 steps today.0
