Lots of children visiting the farm today. I spent 2. 5 horses walking with my horse, Charlie, as he gave rides to lots of kids. A day with kids and horses is my favorite day.
Tomorrow, we have lots more family coming to visit. It should be another fun day.

Hope everyone in the US has had a good 4th of July! And hope everyone else has had a good day too of course. I tracked everything and stayed under my calorie goal. I got my exercise in by walking around the waterfront in my city where we had a firework showing and some bands playing. I even managed to fit a beer into my calorie budget. ;P Got over 11,000 steps today.0

I think DONE for me last night because my post is awol.
Got all three even though I'm counting work as my exercise and skipped rolling. I was alone at work on the busiest day which includes vet visit and feeds and cleaning and to add to the chaos there were electrical problems so I was constantly running around trying to do too many things at once.
Not the greatest food choices and not enough fuel for me with competition on Saturday. Today's priority is planning food until Saturday.
Logged it all.
Crashed at 8pm and sleep over 10 hours... That should help me with today!0 -

3rd day in a row of 18K + steps!! Having only achieved my 15K badge on Monday ... so that's awesome!3 -
