    I'm going to stick with 100 miles again this month. With my classes & all thats got to be done on the farm its hard some days to schedule walks, runs or bike rides. I'll do my best but for now I did 6 miles from walking!

    Most of my friends are cycling today for the holiday, but I made myself do the regularly scheduled run and am heading out to the Arkansas Veteran's Home to volunteer for their Independence Day lunch.

    Adding 2 treadmill miles.

    Going to NYC tomorrow for a quick two days of walking and pizza/bagels. Discussed my plan with my dietitian and she's even got me eating a few more calories today since work had a potluck yesterday - as a group so no way to eat my own food - and I just took a couple of spoonfuls of a few things (never went to a work potluck that was worth the calories). I"m a transplanted NYer so I like to go back, eat really good carbs and recharge my batteries with NY energy.
