@mistymeadows2005 - We love Macau coffee. Once it displayed, we will either use a spoon or a straw to stir it till its mixed properly and OMG, it's smooth like silk... Delicious🥤🤤. The mini fast didn't go too well as I am up, weighed in at 56.2kg. Must be the salt in the soup. Oh well, I will do better tomorrow 👍😁0

Good evening OMAD-ers 😘
As you can see, I gained 0.5kg and I think it's due to the salt in the soup which I had yesterday. Oh well, hopefully I will some loss tomorrow🤞🤞🤞
I OMAD at around 1pm today. I had pasta and donuts. How come donuts? Kids were asking for donuts today and I made 2 dozens of it as its their 2nd day of remote learning. They have to be online by 9am to meet their homeroom teachers and then follow their timetables.

I have not been weighing myself as I feel that I didn't make any progress. I didn't OMAD on the weekend as I had a very bad vertigo😢
But, I started OMAD again on Monday and I guess if I keep trying, I will get back to 52 soon 😁
Here's what I had for Monday and Tuesday. Different main but same fruits for 2 days.
No exercises during the weekend but did chair exercises on Monday and hopefully this evening too🤞🤞🤞

How are you guys? Hope you guys are doing well As for little old me, I was doing quite well, hitting 54kg and then all hell broke loose
Mom called to inform me that Dad was sick and he was brought to the hospital by the ambo. Was so worried coz I feared it might be covid-19. I couldn't even visit him in person as they only allowed 1 visitor and that would be Mom. So, I had to face-time with Dad. He is back home after several days after the tests showed that he doesn't have covid-19 but he is very weak right now and in bed most of the time. As we are not staying in the same house, I am not allowed to visit my Dad or Mom due to Stage 3 quarantine. So, I face-time several time each day but I feel so depressed as I just want to be with him. So, what did this silly old me do? Turn to junk food for comfort. I didn't OMAD at all. I just ate and ate and ate. I didn't exercise at all either. I forced myself to get on to the scale this morning and took a photo of the number. So, its back up to 57kg (125lbs). I even made the photo as my lock screen so that whenever I see my mobile phone for the time, I will see my sorry weight
Right now, I am in this little loop
I just need to get back up onto the wagon. I am trying so hard to get back up onto the wagon but still ain't up on it yet. I will try again tomorrow.

Babe, listen I've been struggling too - I was just about to post on mine, but I'm giving myself a break...give yourself some grace, this is SO HARD for everyone!!!! SO sorry to hear about Dad, but glad it's not COVID and that he's home recovering1

So glad it isn't COVID as well, but it has to be hard to not be seeing them. Like Steph said, you need to be easy on yourself. This is a stressful situation that NONE of us have ever faced, and you need to be kind to yourself right now. Do what you need to do. Take a break, focus on you and your health and don't worry about the scale right now if you don't want to.

Its around 12.22am here and am finally going to get back up onto the wagon once again. Dad is recovering slowly but surely. Thanks everyone for your well wishes
I finally realized that zumba is the way to go as I love music and dancing. So, when I did the HIIT, I was lack of motivation. So, in the end, everything went bonkers So, I am going back to the beginning...zumba which I love love love so much. I did my first zumba to night (40 mins) and its just feel so good to be back Silly, isn't it?! Oh well, at least I realize it now, its never too late, I guess.
How's Mother's Day for everyone? I didn't OMAD today as its Mother's Day I had lunch and dinner with my family. I know I will gain weight tomorrow but its worth it, enjoying the food cooked by DH and kids
So, Monday 11 May 2020 is a new day, a new week and I am going to work hard this week and hopefully, my body will reward me each day...fingers cross!

Good evening OMADers
Happy that I managed to get back up onto the wagon and stay up. I OMAD at around 2pm today. I had Kimchi Noodles with egg, 2 pc pancakes (my kids made pancakes again today ) and Anzac Biscuit. I also managed to clock-in 50 mins of zumba. As for my water intake, its lower than I expected but I am aiming for 2 litres by tonight.

Glad you had a greaat day! Doing what you love is the key with excercise for sure. Glad you found something you like and can do, when you enjoy it it really doesn't seem like excercise For me, it is spinning....love love love it.....

You're doin great babe!!! Stick with the Zumba if that's what you LIKE and that's what you'll DO - you're already ahead of all of us on the exercise front (except maybe Donna with her religious spinning routine LOL) so go with it!!! You're doing great!!!1

Good afternoon OMADers
Mother's Day is over...Stage 3 for covid-19 is lifted. So, my kids are going back to school on 9 June as they fall in the 2nd batch. The 1st batch (Preps, grade 1 & 2 and year 11 & 12 ) will be going back on the 26 May. I guess we are slowly going back to our norm...fingers cross!!! Lots of people are talking about the 2nd wave...guess will just have to take it one day at a time.
I hit my highest weight of 58kgs (127.6 pounds) last week and once I dragged myself back up onto the wagon and started zumba again, I am happy to see my weight going down again. This morning, I weigh-in at 56.7kgs (124.7 pounds) and that means I have another 4.7kgs (10.3 pounds) to drop before I get back into my maintenance weight. You know, its soooooooo hard to loose weight but in a blink of an eye, I gained 6kgs (13.2 pounds)
I OMAD early today, around 11.30am and had a wonderful hot and soupy meal. Its so cold today, around 10°C ( 50°F). I have been zumba-ing since Monday and loving it. So, hopefully, I will zumba another 50 mins this evening..fingers cross!!!
That's all for now...am trying to ensure that my 2 kids pass up all their work online.
