I honestly wish masks were mandatory here in our town/state. I live in a very small town and we’ve had a hot spot of cases within the last few weeks. We’ve had 180 cases just in our tiny, rural county. Over 40,000 cases in our state.
I’m working on getting us more masks too but I’m not good on the sewing machine. My aunt says she’ll make us some more and ship them but we’re having problems finding fabric.1 -
@Leah_62803 - Same here, I live in a small country town 3 hours away from Metro Melb. So far, we are covid-19 free here just 30 mins by car away from us, the other bigger town already have 43 covid-19 + So, never know what's going happen next. So, am just going to make more masks for the just in case0

Am happy that I managed to get some exercise done today Of course its not like the good old days where I can exercise for 45 mins to 1 hour. For now, even clocking in 20 mins is so hard with my vertigo But, am happy that I did it today

Am happy that I stopped being fancy and KISS Weighed myself this morning and I am now 125 pounds. So, another 15 pounds to go
I OMADed late today as its Saturday..lol. Had my OMAD at around 2.45pm and had a plate of Singapore Style Mee Goreng with Ham & Chicken, Battered Chicken dipped in Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce and 1 tall glass of Milo. Will try to exercise for 20 mins this evening *fingers cross*

Stay safe girl! Where I am in TN we have a ton of cases, another 300 plus in our city today......We are one of the 16 states in the red with cases. My son's school will be virtual for the first semester.....we are supposed to wear masks but a lot of people still dont....
I bought some super cute masks on Etsy we also have some disposable ones as well.

Good evening OMADers
Well... I guess that's how life is now. Its mandatory across our State to wear a face mask when leaving our homes now. If not, we will be fined $200. Have been sewing face masks for the family. Currently, little of me who can only sew straight lines have sewn 2 face masks for every family member and I guess I need to sew more since all 4 of us have to go to school and work each day. I guess 5 face masks per person should be sufficient.
On the OMAD front, I weighed myself this morning and I am happy to see 123 pounds flashing on the scale So, another 13 pounds to go before I reach my GW For OMAD today, I have been a little naughty... I had cheezels as I was craving like mad for it I ate my fill and then had some soupy noodles with egg. I no longer restrict myself to what I can or cannot eat. This made it much easier for me to continue with my OMAD As for exercises, I am trying to clock in 20 mins of exercise workout per day...sometimes, I do well and other days, I just fail when my vertigo acts up.
Not sure what you guys call Cheezels in the US...here's a photo of my favourite junk food

Good evening OMAD-ers 😍
I have been stressed out, homeschooling started again as our Premier has enacted our State as a State of Disaster to enforced covid 19 restrictions. So, we are back to Stage 3 and Metro is up to Stage 4. The whole State must wear masks now. It has been hectic and stressful. With my vertigo acting up doesn't help either.
Just wanted to drop by to say Hi.
Better sleep now as its 2.11am now.

I am back and hopefully, I can post once a day once again. Well, bad news first... I am back to 127 pounds So, my fight to 110 pounds starts again. Oh good golly...this covid-19 is making things worse for me
Oh well..am starting once again.

Exercise - 20 mins zumba

Weekends are the worst as there's no routine like when I work from Mon - Sat. Oh well, am trying my best and that's the best I can do.
Weigh-in : 127 lbs (58kg)
OMAD - Hainanese Chicken Rice, Honeycomb Chocolate and Tea
Drinks - Water, Green Tea and Diet Soda
Exercise - 20 mins zumba (am trying my best to do this this evening *fingers cross*)

Weekends are the worst for me😢 I often put on weight and then I will start again on week days🙄 So, I weighed myself and its totally disappointing. Even though I zumba-ed for 40 mins yesterday, it didn't helped😒

Was pretty good yesterday...didn't graze or anything. Whenever I felt like having a munchie, I will drink water or diet soda. Did managed to exercise for 30 mins yesterday which was good Weighed in today..I guess I will weigh-in every day so that I can get it into my silly head that I have to loose weight and stop grazing

I am just try and I will keep on trying till my weight moves. So far, its hoovering at 127lbs and its not moving down I guess my body is just stubborn and am fighting with me If I keep doing what I am doing, hopefully, I will see some weight loss.
Its Father's Day today over here and I made Big Breakfast Brunch for everyone and kids asked for 2nds.. So, that's my OMAD for today.

Just got myself a little mini exercise bike which I can place under my table at work. It quite a neat little thing as it has a counter to tell you your count, time, calories and RPM. Even though its just a rough guide, its still good Hopefully, I can clock in at least 1 hour of cycling per day... fingers cross!
I know that some people will say that a mini exercise bike (desk cycle or a peddler bike) doesn't really work. Oh well, to me, any exercise is better than sitting at my desk at work from 11am - 8pm. Only when there's customers, I will get up and serves them. So, I just figured that if I just sit at my desk doing nothing, I won't be burning much calories. However, if I peddle whenever I can at my desk (hopefully 1 hour per day at least), I may burn an extra of 100 calories per day and since I work 5 days a week, that would be an extra of 500 calories. Then in the evening, I can still do my zumba. That should work, right? Fingers cross!!!2
