Good evening 😘
It has been a while since I wrote..
Some good news... Melb Metro will open up soon, so we from the countryside will be able to see our love ones and also get food supplies which can never be found in our little town.
I have been zumba-ing and still cycling on my desk cycle🚴♀️. I also am not weighing myself as its really depressing me🙄 I am still doing OMAD. For today, I made some sandwich (tuna Mayo and egg Mayo) for lunch. Here's a photo of it😁
Hope everyone is doing well👍🙏😘

Must be great to be out of lockdown after such a long drawn out time. That sandwich looks deelish!1

Good evening OMADers
I am really happy that I have been able to do my exercises daily and my vertigo is not acting up Still didn't weigh myself as I just don't want to stress myself up.
As I still have some leftovers, I made myself another sandwich today. I really really love sandwiches I can eat sandwiches the whole week I also did my zumba this evening for 30 min and cycle on my desk cycle too
Hope that everyone is doing well1 -
Re: sandwiches...I don’t mind eating the same thing every week. I read somewhere that a simple repetitive diet is better for controlling how much you eat. The worst thing for me is unfettered variety like an open buffet cos I don’t know when I’ve had enough to eat.2

I love sandwiches too and yours looks dang tasty!!
Nothing wrong with eating the same things all the time so long as you're enjoying it
And great job keeping up with your exercising!!
WOO being able to see your loved ones again too. FX everything stays opened up1 -
@LiLee2018 - Thank you ❤️ I am a boring person, so same old same old food will be fine with me😁0

Hello OMAD-ers 😘
Can't sleep at all... its around 2.11am right now. Have been exercising daily till Friday when my vertigo decided to visit me and stayed the whole day🙄 Couldn't exercise at all. Thank goodness, I could exercise on Saturday and hopefully on Sunday too🤞🤞🤞
As for food, still on OMAD and keeping my calories below 1200. I still not gonna weigh myself as it will be so stressful for me. So, will continue to exercise and eat right. The only thing I am doing is to try and fit into my size 6 jeans. So far, a big fat NO😂👖😭 Hopefully, by December I will be A-OK. 🤞🤞🤞
Better stop now as Hubby is awake😬😁😅1 -
I hope your vertigo got better. Vertigo suuuuuuuuucks so much *HUGS*
And hope you've gotten some good sleep in too. I had some restless nights this week too.0 -
@LiLee2018 - Thank you Vertigo sucks indeed But, I guess I have to live with it and work my exercise routine around it.0

Good afternoon OMADers
The border of Melb Metro - Reg Vic is open now..wohoo! Imagine one State divided into 2 different zones with a huge NO ENTRY sign Finally, we can go down to Melb to visit our love ones
My weight has been going bonkers...the highest was 60.4kg as I went crazy eating with our family members in Melbourne... I also made sure I exercised and got back onto my little OMAD wagon and am trying my best to get rid of those kilos. So, right now, I am sitting at 58.5kg. No more celebration with food till Christmas So, I have 6.5-8.5kg to get rid off before Christmas. I don't think I can achieve that but I will try my best
I have been exercising daily too...short exercises (20-30 mins). A little exercise is better than no exercise, right?
Hope that you guys are having a wonderful weekend

You're doing so great! So glad you were able to see your family finally!
And great job getting back on track after all the get-together food!1 -
@LiLee2018 - Thank you❤️ I have been quite hopeless this year. Got down to 52kg and when COVID-19 hits, my weight went up to 58kg plus and has been hovering there for ages😢 At least now we can visit our love ones in Melb and that is something which we missed since March this year😍😘1

I can't really eat well when I am in Costco with my family. So, I will take this as a cheat day. However, I will still try my very best that my calories are not more than 1200.0 -
@jadepearl, it’s been quiet in here for many months, really beginning with the pandemic. I check in now and again to see if anyone is active. It was great to see your posts!

@jadepearl, like many during 2020-21, I ate poorly and more than I should have. I gained 12 pounds and spent my days in sweats! Of course, for much of 2020, there wasn’t anywhere to go, but I was still kicking myself. Since then, slowly, I’ve lost 8 of my pandemic pounds with intermittent fasting. Four pounds to go. It doesn’t sound like much, but I am sure you can relate that unless you’re fairly tall, even five pounds can make the difference between clothes that fit well and clothes that don’t. So I’m working on that last four! It may take me a few months, though. The last pounds are always the hardest for me.
Your meals always look delicious, by the way.0
