    August 1st, 5 years ago I joined this challenge group. The great people in this group have kept me motivated even during times after I crashed and got seriously hurt. This is a great supportive group that is giving me so much motivation to make my year end goal of cycling 7000 miles for 2018. Thanks all.......

    2.5 miles, mostly in Boot Camp where Burpees, Mountain Climbers and Bear Crawls - my three least liked exercises - were all on the menu. I did them, but there was whining involved.
