    @Dave, Have a great weekend!!
    After a day of removing popcorn ceilings, cleaning up its horrendous mess & getting my house put back to normalcy I did my 30 day Squats, Lunges, Sit Ups & Push Ups Challenge, You start with 10 & each day you add 1. Today was 20. They are now starting to get tough especially after a day of up & down stairs carrying heavy stuff like yesterday & like today when my arms were over my head for about 7 hrs! When those were done I took my dogs for a 2.5 miles walk. It was a BEAUTIFUL evening!

    @lovmyalex So sorry to hear about your fur baby. I lost mine earlier in the year so I know what you are going through. It is heart breaking.

    Thank you everyone for your advice on PF. I am taking all your advice so we will see how it goes. It is quite funny really because I have really bad Osteoarthritis in my left knee and PF in my right foot. I Don't know which leg to limp on ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ Sorry to be late in thanking you all. I have been away for a few days.
