And that's GOAL for @CPANUS! Nice job, Chris! :drinker:
Thanks! And yes, Dean, that is a balcony on top of the roof! It's really high up! Probably 60' high and with the house being on the side of a hill, it feels even higher! My middle son had his disc golf basket set up on the sort of flat area about halfway down the hill (you can see it just to the left of the bench swing) and he and his brother were throwing discs off that top balcony! They made it in a couple times...but they also lost about 3 discs in the lake. That was a very strenuous game because they had to go down the three flights of stairs inside the house and then all of the stairs outside.....and then climb back up all of them again. You accessed that balcony from the third floor bedroom called the "Eagles Nest".
Anyway, while we're sad for the vacation to be over, we're kinda glad to be home safe and able to sleep in our own beds tonight and the ability to get back to the gym and healthier meals.

I posted this on my home page this morning and wanted all of you to know how I feel about you.
want to give a I shout out to my “Move Your@ss Challenge” friends who I have been with a little over 5 years now on this site. What started out to be a place where I recorded mileage each month to help keep me on goal has become a family. They have been with me through my triumphs such as my first sprint triathalon to my down moments such as my knee injury or loss of a dear friend. They have encouraged, uplifted and inspired me to keep moving each day on the road and in life. I thank the folks who faithfully recorded mileage just so each of us could continue reaching goals. Thank you to each of you for your love, kindness and compassion over the years. You along with God and my husband have been my strength through my journey of wellness. God bless.7 -
@DAve, gorgeous picture. Glad you had a good time.
@clepant Thank you and back at ya.
Adding 3.4 miles. The last day of my mini vacation. I got to go to the TRX class I used to take faithfully, great instructor. She's changed the format a bit and it was a tough workout. I used to walk laps before the class with a man and a woman in there and we got to do that again today and catch up. I really miss the class. I probably won't tomorrow when the DOMS sets in.

@clepant; You are so humble & kind! Love how you thank us when you are one of the groups BIGGEST supporters on here! Love ya & thank you for all of your kind & encouraging wrods!!
Today was another day of work @ the center. It seems like I've been in there doing most of the work by myself because I'm "old" & responsible. But after Friday I'm going to tell her I'm stepping back due to I feel I'm overstepping my role as helper & let her take her time & do things her way. It is her building & her business. It isn't that she's paying me or anything. I was just hoping I could start classes Oct 1st. but if she's not ready then I guess I won't. It is REALLY hard for me because I am a VERY organized & dedicated person & when I work with one who is extreme opposite it really puts a strain on me emotionally!
My work in there was work out enough today but I did do my 30 day challenge which was 26 squats, 26 lunges, 26 pushups & 26 sit ups. By day 30 I will be doing ((40)) of each!3 -

When you retire you can do more things like see things online like this. Just had to share for inspiration to all of us that find some days harder than others to get out and exercise. As I tell my 95 year old dad, “Keep moving or you”ll rust”.
