Thanks so much everyone. I am going to try the 30 program tomorrow. Today I did tone every zone- I liked it a lot. Somehow I have it in my head that I have to exercise for 45-60 minutes per day! Let’s see if my brain will let me cut to 30.🙃2

I couldn't do 30 at once. So I did 15+15. It was pretty chilly here yesterday, sonny, but chilly, so I put my warm Irish sweater on, hat and sunglasses and did the 15 outside on the deck. My, I had fun. I invited my DH to join me, but he's bashful and didn't want neighbors to see him jumping around. Too bad - I had a blast.3
