Our trainer at noon.
I shopped. Took three stores to get it done, and I still forgot flowers. UGH!!! We watched Homecoming...three episodes...crazy-interesting. Maybe more tonight.

Completed this yesterday. This morning I did yoga. I was so stiff!

Worked out in the gym today. Did most of our workout and a few others. It felt great!

Workout yesterday was pretty tough. Our trainer is kicking up my strength exercises. Yeah!! I need the challenge. I know she is being careful, but it kills me to think how far I'd gotten before all this arthritis stuff came to light and that I had to start over. ugh! I'm happy now, tho.

Worked out w/our trainer yesterday. It was a good workout. Working on my pull ups.
Such a face, Shelley!! Hope you workout today is different but fun. You know....fun...
Changed the end date on this workout to the 30th.

It was fun. I did a few 85 pound bench presses. Need to work on it some more. Challenging for sure! Tomorrow is core. We are doing a muffin top workout on Youtube.
I am always impressed with you. Working out with a trainer so consistently!

Got in my core workout yesterday. It is a killer! This morning was warm-up on the treadmill. Then it was barbell squats, barbell curls and so on. Did I mention the bar weighs in at 45 lbs. Then we start adding weight to it ever so slowly! Muahaha There is this seated calf exercise we use a machine for. Very strange. But talk about a great burn. When I first got in there I found that someone had left 45 pound plates on one of the bars we are using. It would not have been so bad but they also left it on the FLOOR! Yikes. Unloading it was a pain. Feeling better about all the weight lifting!

Got a workout w/our trainer at 10:00 tomorrow morning.
Got a cool exercise mat today.
Now to just get down there and do them!!

171.6 first morning home. I dont think that’s the end. I ate a lot of mini desserts! Oh well, it was worth it!

It's Christmas time already at all the retailers out there...and it's the only time of year I can find peppermint tootsie roll pops! So for years I'd scramble around until I found enough to give everyone at work one. Everyone on the five floors of the county building. That's a lot. But it was so much fun! However...they DO NOT TASTE LIKE I REMEMBER!! ***sigh***
Think I'll roll out my new mat and just lay down on it...that should count...right??

Chris I love that mat! Very kewl! You will have to do a little bit more than laying on it to count though. Roll over a few times.

Rolling over yesterday morning...our trainer wasn't feeling well, so I worked out here. DH brought in my exercise bench...I think that's what it's called. I did Everything above except chest flys...I pulled a muscle in my back doing those. Not sure I like them. I only did two sets and some TRX squats, etc. This morning was the start of a rest day.

Worked out w/our trainer yesterday. Hard! Tried roll down push ups...where you have a wheel with handle bars that you grab and roll out...you have bands around your feet...our trainer holds on to those so she can help control the move. I did A-OK! Think I'm going to try and finish the book I'm reading...we'll just have to see.

Lol Paula. Join us. Tomorrow is gym time with Angie. Should be fun. Some rude city cops joined us yesterday. They came in after us and turned on their music loud even though we had ours on already! Some men don't think we girls belong!

Met w/our trainer yesterday. I complained the entire time. She didn't care!! bwahahah!
The kids are home. We have Ronan for a couple of hours this evening. DDD & SIL went to the movies. Ronan looks so grown up after a week away!
Messed up my foot today. Wore slippers for too long. Icing it now. Dumb foot.
